CLIFF JEANS: 9 YEARS IN THE GAME

It's no mystery why Bulawayo is labelled as the Arts Capital. The recently held second edition of the Bulawayo Arts Festival served its purpose of gently reminding the world of it's artistic nature. Thus a lot of the local artists glamorously turned up for the festival. Among the great acts, the audience lives to remember the outstanding performance of Cliff Jeans.  Ekasi finally managed to get his attention and today honoured to share the 9 years of Cliff Jeans.

Cliff Jeans always had a passion for music from his days as a young boy. He says he always felt music as a part of his destiny. Even before he began recording his music, he was already popular in his hood for delivering authentic lyricism. Contrary to the common recorder-performer sequence of most musicians, Cliff Jeans was a performer before he recorded. He started off performing rap's for his homies thereby increasing the size of his fanbase.
The talented hip-hop artist and producer was yet to witness addition of another blessing to his life. With the return of the late Cal Vin from South Africa; Cliff Jeans found himself moving to another level.    The late great Cal Vin instilled confidence in him. Eventually he found himself rapping in his studio and the next thing they were working together.
From that moment Cliff Jeans has embraced music as the destiny he cannot run away from.

Cliff Jeans holds a Matabeleland North Award at this present day. Moreover his music has regularly topped charts on national radio stations like Power FM. Yet surprisingly he does not reckon that as his biggest achievement . Cliff Jeans takes pleasure in making music for his people and winning people's hearts through music. Therefore according to him;  his StreetMenaceEnt record label is the biggest thing that's ever happened to him.

The StreetMenaceEnt record label owner is fast becoming the  great producer of our time. More so; Cliff Jeans trends for his outstanding performances at the Bulawayo Arts Festival;  Ibumba Arts Festival, World AIDS Day, Changamire Hip Hop Festival, Zim Hip Hop Anniversary Party, Made in Bulawayo Winter Show, Miss Nust as well as Bigger than Hop Show.
 His recent song Story Yiso is the currently the fever in the music circles. He used the song to preach love and positivity in the world where couples fight, break up and murder one another. He served his purpose as a missionary of positivity.

Cliff Jeans has informed us to look out for the his remix of Stori yiso back to back with Khuli. On the parting note; Cliff Jeans vowed to take over this game with the help of the Almighty God.
